【摘要】:EN74-2specifies:--materials;--designrequirements;--specifiedvaluesforresistancesandstiffnesseswhichacouplerhastoachieveundertest;--testproceduresandassessment;forthefollowingspecialcouplers:--screworwedgehalfcouplers,sleevecouplerswithshearstuds,rightanglereductioncouplersandswivelreductioncouplers.Itgivesrecommendationsforon-goingproductioncontrol.Thesecouplersareforuseprincipallyintemporaryworks.Eachcouplerisabletobefixedtoatleastonesidetoone48,3mmdiametersteeloraluminiumtube.Fortheothersideofreductioncouplers,thisstandardspecifiesrequirementsforthediameterandwallthicknessoftubes.Fortesting,screwcouplersaretightenedwithatorqueof50Nmandwedgecouplersaretightenedwitha500ghammeruntilthejarringblow.Otherspecialhalfcouplerssuchashalfcouplersattachedbyriveting,usedmainlyformembersofprefabricatedscaffolds,areoutsidethescopeofthisEuropeanStandard.NOTEInformationondesignusingspecialcouplersisgiveninAnnexB.
