【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsforthedesignandconstructionofonshorestationaryliquefiednaturalgas(LNG)installationswithatotalstoragecapacitybetween5tand200t.Thisstandardisnotapplicabletoliquefactionprocessfacilitiesbasedonhydrocarbonrefrigerants.LargerinstallationsaretreatedaccordingtoEN1473:1997.Ifotherdangeroussubstancesarepresentinthefacility,theaforementionedstoragecapacitythresholdsmaybereduced.NOTEItisessentialthatthedesignerrefertolocalregulationtodeterminethenewvalues.Theinstallationstowhichthisstandardisapplicableincludethefollowing:-LNGsatelliteplants.TheLNGmaybesuppliedbyroadtankers,bargeorrailcarriers.Afterstorage,LNGisvaporizedandsentouttoconsumers;-LNGgasfuellingstationsforvehiclesTheinstallationislimitedfromthegasinletortheloadingLNGareatothegasoutletortheunloadingLNGarea.Fillingsystemsarenotcoveredhere.Forthepurposesofclause4((EnvironmentImpact))andclause5((SafetyPlan)),thisstandardapplieswhereLNGstoragecapacityexceedsthethresholdspecifiedinthelocalregulation.Ifthisvalueisnotavailable,athresholdof50tisrecommended.Itisrecalledthat,inanycase,localregulationsprevail.
