【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesagaschromatographicmethodusingcapillarycolumnsforthedeterminationofthecontentoftransfattyacidisomersofvegetableoilsandfats.Themethodisspeciallydesignedtoevaluate,byasinglecapillarygaschromatographic(GC)procedure,theleveloftransisomersasformedduring(hightemperature)refining,orduringhydrogenationofvegetableoilsorfats.Themethodmayalsobeusedtoreportallotherfattyacids(e.g.toobtainthefullfattyacidcompositionandtotalamountsofsaturatedfattyacids,mono-unsaturatedfattyacidsandpoly-unsaturatedfattyacids)fromthesamesampleandsameanalysis.NOTE1Thetrans-isomercontentasobtainedwiththismethodmaynotagreewiththetrans-isomercontentasobtainedusingothermethods.NOTE2During(hightemperature)refining(deacidificationanddeodorization),onlygeometricalisomersareformedofthemono-andpoly-unsaturatedfattyacids;i.e.thedoublebond(s)remain(s)atthesamenaturalposition.Duringhydrogenation,bothpositionalandgeometricalisomersareformed.NOTE3Forsomespecificcis-andtrans-isomersformedduringhydrogenation,co-elutionispossible.Thiscouldinfluencetheaccuracyoftheresult.Theleveloftheseisomersisusuallynegligibleinnormalpartiallyhydrogenatedoilsandfats.
