【摘要】:ThispartofISO1833specifiesamethod,usingamixtureofformicacidandzincchloride,todeterminethepercentageofcotton,afterremovalofnon-fibrousmatter,intextilesmadeofbinarymixturesof?viscoseorsomecupro,modalandlyocellfibres,with?cotton.Ifacuproormodalorlyocellfibreisfoundtobepresent,apreliminarytestiscarriedouttoseewhetheritissolubleinthereagent.Themethodisnotapplicabletomixturesinwhichthecottonhassufferedextensivechemicaldegradation,norwhentheviscose,cupro,modalorlyocellfibreisrenderedincompletelysolublebythepresenceofcertainpermanentfinishesorreactivedyesthatcannotberemovedcompletely.
